RINGANA Partner Webshop: your update for more flexibility

So new. So flexible. From tomorrow, 10.10.2024, the RINGANA Partner Webshop is getting an exciting update. 

Your personal Partner Webshop will remain as is online and nothing will change in terms of the Look & Feel either. But we’ve worked very hard on a new concept for you. 

What’s new from 10.10.2024: 

– More flexible terms: choose for yourself whether you want to use your Partner Webshop for 3, 6 or 12 months. 

– No automatic renewal of the Partner Webshop: extend it yourself if you wish to continue using your Partner Webshop. 

– All payment methods which you can use at our Shop are accepted. 

How it works: 

From 10.10.2024 you can simply go to “My Partner Webshop” in your Online Office and buy a RINGANA Partner Webshop for a period of your choice (3, 6 or 12 months). If you do not renew your Partner Webshop during the current period, it will be automatically deactivated at the end of that period, and you will not incur any further costs.  

To ensure a seamless transition without any temporary deactivation, we recommend that you renew your Partner Webshop in good time, before your current period expires. To do this, simply go to “My Partner Webshop” in your Online Office and buy another period. This new period will of course only begin once the current period expires. 

For a transparent overview, you can check in “My Partner Webshop” in your Online Office at any time, to see how much longer your Partner Webshop will remain active. You can also call up your Partner Webshop here directly via your personalised Webshop address and easily update any details, choose a new Webshop name, or upload a new profile photo. 

I already have an active Partner Webshop – what does this mean for me? 

Your Partner Webshop will remain online up to and including 31.12.2024. That is when the term for all Partner Webshops that were purchased using the old charging process up to and including 09.10.2024 will end, and will no longer be automatically renewed. Do you wish to continue using your Partner Webshop? To ensure that your Partner Webshop remains online without any temporary deactivation, from tomorrow you can already purchase a further period in your Online Office. And don’t worry: the new period will of course only begin once your current period ends on 31.12.2024.
